Frigidaire.com Price Match Promise

We want to ensure you get the best price. If a competitor advertises a lower price, Frigidaire.com will match the price in order for you to purchase the product(s) on Frigidaire.com at that price, subject to the following terms and conditions.

 

How it Works

 

  • Find a lower advertised price for the identical, brand-new, in-stock item at an authorized online retail competitor
  • Chat with our Frigidaire.com customer service team for support, or call 1-800-374-4432 (Mon-Fri 8:30am-8pm EST)
  • Share the website URL of the lower advertised price for the Frigidaire.com customer service representative to verify
  • Frigidaire.com customer service specialist will assist you in purchase to ensure you get the best price.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

Price match promise only applies to:

  • The identical item, which means that it has the same model number, specifications and warranty as the competitor’s. To the extent the merchandise requires a service plan, all terms and conditions of the service plan, including the service provider, must be identical
  • In-stock items, which means that the item is available for immediate delivery or pickup
  • The ads of a Brick and Mortar retailer are excluded from the price match promise given difficulty to validate outside of an active web page that discloses the price
  • Authorized online retailers include only lowes.com, thehomedepot.com, bestbuy.com, wayfair.com.  Marketplaces and third-party sellers are excluded
  • A competitors price must be shown on a currently live web page, excluding price in cart.  Screenshots or reference to historical states of a page are not accepted due to the difficulty in validation
  • The price you paid Frigidaire.com is the price that appears on your Frigidaire.com sales email receipt less any sales tax and rebates, including but not limited to, manufacturer mail-in rebates, energy saving rebates, discounts and coupons.

The Frigidaire.com Price Match Promise does NOT apply to the following:

  • Competitors’ pricing error
  • Offers of any unauthorized sellers
  • Special order items
  • Going-out-of-business sales; Liquidation Sales; Auctions
  • One-of-a-kind merchandise offers
  • Limited quantity merchandise offers; Open-box; Clearance
  • Discontinued merchandise
  • Merchandise available for purchase from a website which requires a club membership, private invitation not available to everyone in public, or any form of membership of affiliation
  • Competitor’s Services, such as installation rates, delivery rates, extended service protection plans
  • Sales tax is not included in the Price match promise calculation
  • Altered or defaced advertisements
  • Financing Promotions
  • “Bundled” offers
  • Free items
  • Advertisements or web pages that do not list the model number or other evidence that the items are identical
  • “Grey Market” goods.
  • Small Appliance Products: All colors of models EFMIS129 and EFIC117

Frigidaire.com customer service specialists make the final determination as to whether the “Price match promise” request is granted.  Frigidaire.com expressly reserves the right to limit the number of “matches” or refunds.

We understand that receiving your new appliance and having it prepared to use should be an effortless experience on your part.  While we have diligently planned to make that a reality for every customer, there are times when not everything goes to plan.  We’re prepared for that too, in order to take unnecessary hassle out of the experience.

Delivery & Installation

Our local delivery & installation partners are trained to get your appliance to you and fulfill any installation services you have purchased with your product.  If you or they identify damage to the product before or during delivery and/or installation, they will contact Frigidaire customer service to get a resolution quickly and easily.  Should you identify damage after the product is delivered and/or installed but before first use, you can contact Frigidaire customer service immediately to help resolve the issue. 

Returns

As a member of the Frigidaire family, we accept returns up to 7 days after delivery.  Products must be unused to qualify for delivery.  If the product was delivered inside packaging, or boxed, per your order details or direction to the delivery and installation partner, the product must remain packaged or boxed to qualify for returns.

To initiate a return, simply contact Customer Service via phone (1-888-360-8558 - Mon-Fri 8:30am-8pm EST- holiday hours may differ) or chat. A Specialist will assist you to resolve the issue.  Having your order details ready will help expedite the process.  The Customer Service Specialist will provide information on refund to the original payment method.
