All Frigidaire filter and accessory orders are eligible for Free Ground Shipping. This offer applies to orders shipped within the Continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Shipping
Orders for in-stock items will typically ship within 24 hours. Ground orders for in-stock items will ship the next business day. Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Items on backorder will ship the next business day, once in stock. Items that are in-stock will ship separately from backordered items.

Orders can be shipped to all 48 continental states in the United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other U.S. territory. We can’t ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

* Orders placed by 11 am (shipping address local time) will ship the same business day, otherwise ships next business day.
** Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
After completing your transaction on frigidairestore.com, an email with the order confirmation details will be sent to your specified email address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking code that will update you with the status of your order.

Please note services and installation fees are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee may apply. After the 10-day window, you can contact us to engage your warranty for further assistance.
Room Air Conditioners/Dehumidifiers
For room air conditioners and dehumidifiers, you have a 14-day window to evaluate your purchase. To initiate a return, ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories included. Please note a 10% restocking fee may apply.
Vacuums
If you purchased a vacuum and find it doesn't meet your expectations, you have a 30-day window to initiate a return. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories included. Please note a 10% restocking fee may apply.
Consumables/Accessories
For consumables and accessories, you have a 30-day window to decide if they meet your requirements. To initiate a return, ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with all components included. Please note a 10% restocking fee may apply.
Cancellation
