Automatic Subscription Program Charges
You authorize us to automatically charge your default payment method at then-current prices for your subscription orders. You will receive an email from us before each order with order details, the amount you will be charged, and information about how you can cancel, update or change your subscription. We will continue fulfilling your subscription orders and charging your default payment method until you cancel, update or change your subscription. However, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription order at our discretion. Examples of why we would terminate a subscription could include product discontinuation or if you do not keep your payment information updated. Upon such termination, you will be billed only for those orders that have been shipped to you.
We reserve the right to revise our subscription program at our discretion, including pricing, discount amounts, shipping method and eligibility criteria. Item prices are subject to change at our discretion. The price we charge for your first order is not guaranteed for future subscription orders.
To avoid any disruptions to your subscription order, you should keep your account information updated (email, payment method, address). If we are unable to process your subscription order with your default payment method because it is out-dated or for any other reason, we will contact you to obtain new payment information. In case we are unable to contact you, you will receive notice and your subscription order will be canceled.
We will send you an email 15 days before we ship you your next subscription order to let you know when to expect delivery and the charge.
Cancellation Policy
Your subscription order will remain in effect until you cancel it. You may cancel your subscription order at any time from the www.frigidaire.com website via the My Account / Subscriptions menu by clicking the Cancel option.
If you do not have an account created, you can create one and access your subscription information by creating an account using the email of your original subscription order. Otherwise, to cancel your subscription order, call us at 1-888-360-8558.
Cancellation requests must be properly submitted at least seven (7) days before your next order is scheduled to be shipped. After that date, cancellation will not affect subscription orders already in progress, but will apply to later orders.
Changes and Rescheduling Policy
You may change or reschedule your subscription order at any time from the www.frigidaire.com website via the My Account / Subscriptions menu. Select the Subscriptions option to change the Order Date or Frequency of your subscription.

Discounts
We may offer promotional discounts as part of our subscription program. Some discounts may only apply to your first subscription order, with all further orders subject to the then-current price. Unless otherwise indicated, discounts are taken off the regular price, excluding taxes and shipping. All discounts are subject to change at any time without notice, including while your subscription is active.
Shipping and Taxes
We will ship your subscription order using a parcel service and you will receive notification once it ships. Delivery normally takes between 3 to 5 business days, sometimes longer for more rural districts.
If your shipping address is in a state that requires us to collect sales tax, your subscription orders will be subject to any applicable state and local taxes.
