Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms & Conditions of Use and the policies and documents incorporated herein (collectively, the “Terms”) apply to the purchase and sale of products and services through frigidaire.com and govern your use of our website, any associated mobile sites, services, applications, or platforms (collectively, the “Site”).  The Site is provided by Electrolux Home Products, Inc. (referred to as “Electrolux”, “us”, “we”, or “our” as the context may require).

THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MIGHT APPLY TO YOU. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. 

BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM THIS SITE, YOU ACCEPT AND ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

YOU MAY NOT ORDER OR OBTAIN PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM THIS SITE IF YOU (A) DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, (B) ARE NOT THE OLDER OF (i) AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR (ii) LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH ELECTROLUX, OR (C) ARE PROHIBITED FROM ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE OR ANY OF THIS SITE'S CONTENTS, GOODS OR SERVICES BY APPLICABLE LAW.

1. Modifications and Termination

These Terms are subject to change by Electrolux without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. For example, we may add or remove functionality or features, and we may suspend or stop a particular feature altogether. The latest version of these Terms will be posted on this Site, and you should review these Terms before purchasing any products or services that are available through this Site. Your continued use of this Site after a posted change in these Terms will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes. If you don’t like any changes, you may stop using the Site at any time.

2. Your Account

You may be required to create an account and specify a username and password in order to use the Site or to use or access certain services or content on the Site. To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and you must provide truthful and accurate information. It is your responsibility for keeping your account information confidential and up to date.  Do not attempt to impersonate anyone else when you create your account. If your information changes at any time, please update your account to reflect those changes. You should not share your account with anyone else. If you believe that your account has been compromised at any time, please contact us at customerservice@frigidaire.com or 1-800-374-4432.  Additionally, you agree that you are responsible for all activities and communications that occur under or related to your account.  We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any reason within our sole discretion.

3. Content You Post

The Site may provide you and others the opportunity to post text, photographs, videos, reviews, ratings, comments, communications or other content (collectively, “Content”) on the Site. You may only post Content if it is not confidential and you own all the rights to that Content, or if you have permission from other people who own the rights.

You do not transfer ownership of your Content simply by posting it. However, by posting Content, except for your personal information (e.g., name, address and email), you grant Electrolux, its agents, licensees, and assigns an irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, royalty free, perpetual (non-exclusive) right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use your Content.  You agree that your Content may be used and shared by us with third parties. This license continues even if you stop using our Site or any related services.

You acknowledge and agree that you will not post, submit or otherwise disseminate through the Site any Content that is injurious to any person or entity; violates any law or regulation; is false or misleading, harassing, libelous, tortious, abusive, offensive, threatening or obscene; infringes any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights; violates anyone’s rights to privacy or publicity; or that is otherwise objectionable to Electrolux.  We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to remove any Content from our Site within our discretion without notice to you.

You agree to indemnify Electrolux against any and all liability, harm, claims, actions, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising out of any Content you post or any other use you make of the Site, or any use of your account by any third party.

4. Content Posted by Others

We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, Content posted by any other user of the Site. Accordingly, you agree that we may not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused to you in connection with any Content posted by another person.

5. Third Party Content and Services

The Site may have links to or integrate with other third party websites, applications, products or services (“Third Party Services”).  Such links or integrations are offered as a convenience and do not represent an endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by Electrolux of, or responsibility for, the Third Party Services or the products or services available on or through such Third Party Services.  Your use of Third Party Services may be subject to the third party’s terms, conditions, and privacy policies, which may differ from ours.  You agree that neither Electrolux, nor its Affiliates shall have any liability to you for your use of any such Third Party Services, or any related products, services, material, data or information used, disclosed or purchased thereby. 

6. Non-Confidential Information

You agree that any material, information or idea you transmit or post to the Site by any means, except for your personal information (e.g., name, address and email), may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be disseminated or used by Electrolux for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products.

7. Your Use of the Site

You agree that you may not use the Site in a way that violates any laws, infringes anyone’s rights, is offensive, or interferes with the purchase and sale of any products or services or any features of the Site (including any technological measures we employ to enforce these Terms). If we (in our sole discretion) determine that you have acted inappropriately, we reserve the right to take down Content, terminate your account, prohibit you from using the Site, and take appropriate legal actions.

Using the Site does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights to the content you access. You may not use content or other materials from the Site unless you obtain permission from us or its owner, or unless you are otherwise permitted by law.

8. Your Use of Connected Appliances or “Smart Appliances”

The service for connected appliances that may be provided through the Site or otherwise (the “Service”) is not a substitute for responsible and safe appliance operation.  Please refer to your owner’s manual for further information.  You should not rely on the Service as a means of preventing accidents, fire, or damage to your appliance or residence.  It is your responsibility to ensure that your appliance is maintained in good working order and that your appliance is used in a safe and responsible manner.  Electrolux does not guarantee any results or the accuracy of any results that you may obtain from the Service.

Electrolux collects and stores certain data on or about you and your Smart Appliance. Electrolux’s Privacy Policy, available for review at www.frigidaire.com/privacy/connected-appliances, describes how Electrolux will collect, access, use and disclose your personal information and information related to your connected appliance and the Service.

Your appliance may use your internet connection to provide you with the Service. You must have a working wireless internet connection at the location of your connected appliance in order to use the Service. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all fees charged by your internet service provider (“ISP”) and mobile service carrier (“Carrier”) in connection with your use of the Service. You also acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with all applicable agreements, terms of use/service, and other policies of your ISP and Carrier. Electrolux is not responsible for any charges or actions that your ISP or Carrier may take against you for using data or the network in violation of your ISP’s or Carrier’s terms and policies.

Electrolux makes no warranty that the Service: (a) will meet your requirements; (b) will be compatible with your computer or mobile device; (c) will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; or (d) will be accurate or reliable. You acknowledge and agree that the availability of the Service is dependent on (a) your computer, mobile device, home wiring, and other related equipment (“Equipment”); (b) your ISP; and (c) your Carrier. Electrolux does not guarantee the reliability or timeliness of communications or notifications from or between you and your connected appliance. You agree that the Services are subject to limitations and restrictions outside of Electrolux’s control, which include such things as wireless network capabilities, internet availability, environmental conditions (such as buildings, weather, geography, and topography), atmospheric conditions, and other factors associated with the use of the internet or with satellites and satellite data. Electrolux is not responsible for these limitations.

9. Electrolux Trademarks, Copyrights and Patents

Electrolux and, as applicable, its third party affiliates are and will remain the sole and exclusive owners of all intellectual property rights in and to each product and service made available and delineated on this Site and any related specifications, instructions, documentation or other materials, including, but not limited to, all related copyrights, patents, and trademarks (registered or unregistered) and other intellectual property rights connect to the Site (collectively, “Electrolux’s IP”).  You do not and will not have or acquire any ownership of Electrolux’s IP rights in or to the products or services made available through this Site, or of any intellectual property rights relating to those products or services.

You agree not to infringe upon Electrolux’s IP.  Trademarks of Electrolux, including page headers, graphics, button icons, scripts, service marks and trade dress, may not be used, copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, imitated, or modified without our prior written permission.  Electrolux reserves copyrights in all Site content (including but not limited to graphics, drawings, design, text, software, selection, and arrangement).  We grant you the limited right to use the Site and its contents for your own personal use.  You may not access, copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, transmit, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any part of the content or Site for commercial purposes on behalf of yourself or any third party. We will enforce our intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution, if necessary.

10. Copyright Protection

If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyrights, you may request that we remove the content from the Site (or disable access to that content) by contacting us and providing the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe to be infringed. Please describe the work and, where possible, include a copy or the location (e.g., URL) of an authorized version of the work.
  • Identification of the material that you believe to be infringing and its location. Please describe the material, and provide us with its URL or any other pertinent information that will allow us to locate the material.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the complained of use of the materials is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information that you have supplied is accurate, and indicating that “under penalty of perjury,” you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  • A signature or the electronic equivalent from the copyright holder or authorized representative.

11. Social Networks

The Site may include features that operate in conjunction with certain third party social networking websites that you visit such as Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter (“Social Network Features”). While your use of the Social Network Features is governed by these Terms, your access and use of third party social networking websites is governed by the terms of service and other agreements posted on those websites. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of those website complies with any applicable terms of service or other agreements.

12. Our Warranties and Disclaimers

Use of Site and associated services

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY, AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE – INCLUDING ALL OF ITS CONTENTS, INFORMATION, AND THE MANNER IN WHICH IT OPERATES – IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND ELECTROLUX HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE, CONTENT, AND ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF QUIET ENJOYMENT, OF TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS AND ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, ADEQUACY, COMPLETENESS, LEGALITY, RELIABILITY OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT CONTAINED ON THE SITE OR THE AVAILABILITY OF ANY PRODUCT OR RESULTS THAT YOU MAY OBTAIN THROUGH THE SITE. ELECTROLUX DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST INTERFERENCE WITH YOUR ENJOYMENT OF THE SITE, THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN OR SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR VIRUS-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SITE WILL BE CORRECTED. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY ELECTROLUX OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. SHOULD THE SITE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON APPLICABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF A CONSUMER, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Product Warranty

THE LIMITED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PURCHASED FROM OUR SITE ARE DETAILED IN THE DOCUMENTATION WE PROVIDE WITH OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

13. Liability for our Services

YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ELECTROLUX OR ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, VENDORS, SUPPLIERS (OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) (COLLECTIVELY, “ELECTROLUX’S AFFILIATES”) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, RELIANCE, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, OR THIRD PARTY SERVICES OR ANY THIRD PARTY’S USE OF THE SITE. THESE EXCLUSIONS INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF PRIVACY OR SECURITY, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR CONTENT, COMPUTER FAILURE, OR THE VIOLATION OF YOUR RIGHTS BY ANY THIRD PARTY, EVEN IF ELECTROLUX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF AND REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS ON APPLICABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF A CONSUMER, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Electrolux and Electrolux’s Affiliates against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of: (1) your use of, or activities in connection with, the Site (including the Content); and (2) any violation or alleged violation of these Terms by you.

15. Waiver of Jury Trial

We each waive any right to a jury trial. 

16. Product Availability and Pricing

Products and services on the Site are subject to availability.  Electrolux reserves the right to make changes to pricing and specifications without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you. Electrolux uses reasonable efforts to fulfill orders, but cannot guarantee availability of any particular product or service. Our acknowledgement of an order means that your order request has been received; not that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed. Electrolux reserves the right to cancel orders, to limit the number of products and services ordered and to refuse such products and services to any customer without prior notification. In the event of a pricing or other error or omission, Electrolux shall have the right without liability to correct the error or omission, revoke offers, or refuse or cancel any such order, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made, Electrolux will only be required to promptly refund the purchase price.

17. Purchases

If you wish to purchase products or services described on the Site, you will be asked to supply certain information applicable to your purchase, including credit card and shipping information. You agree to pay all charges you incur (whether using your credit card or another payment mechanism) at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred.

We are required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes. You authorize us to charge the applicable sales taxes to your credit card at the time of completion of order shipment.

Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery for all purchases. Electrolux may also partner with third parties to provide you with the option to finance your purchase of products or services on the Site (see Section 5 above with respect to Third Party Content and Services).

For security purposes, the billing name and address on your credit card must match that of the information you submit.  If the information provided does not match, your order may be delayed in processing or cancelled.  We may preauthorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place your order, which may affect your available credit line.

By confirming your purchase(s) at the end of the checkout process, you agree, represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any. Receiving an order acknowledgement via email does not guarantee the acceptance of an order.

18. Limitation on Purchases

We are not responsible for failure to fulfill orders due to causes beyond our control.  We reserve the right at any time, including after receipt of your order, to: (1) limit order quantities to reasonable amounts (in our sole discretion); (2) prohibit purchases on the Site by retailers, distributors, or resellers; (3) discontinue or refuse to offer any product or service; (4) impose conditions on any discount, coupon or promotion; and/or (5) bar any user from completing a transaction. If we cancel an order or part of an order that we have already charged you for, we will refund you the amount of the canceled portion of the order.

19. Products Not for Resale or Export

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States, including all Export Regulations, as defined below. You represent and warrant that you are buying products or services from the Site for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export. Products and services purchased from the Site may be controlled for export purposes by export regulations, including but not limited to, the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 (ECRA) (Title XVII, Subtitle B of Pub. L. No. 115-232), the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 768-799) for which ECRA is permanent statutory authority, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R. 120-128 and 130) and their successor and supplemental regulations (collectively, "Export Regulations").

20. Shipment, Delivery, Installation and Returns

Depending upon the products and services available with your specific order, we may arrange for shipment and installation of the products to you.  You will pay shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.  We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Electrolux reserves the right to restrict delivery to addresses within the United States.

21. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Our Privacy Policy, www.frigidaire.com/privacy/connected-appliances, governs the processing of all personal data collected from you in connection with your purchase of products or services through the Site.

22. Communications to You

You consent to receive communications related to these Terms and your use of the Site from us electronically, including by posting notices on the Site or by sending you emails. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that are provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. All notices from Electrolux to you shall be deemed delivered and effective when sent to the e-mail address you provide to us.

23. No Waiver

The failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. The waiver of any right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Electrolux.

24. Assignment

You will not assign any of your rights or delegate any of your obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment or delegation in violation of this Section is null and void. No assignment or delegation relieves you of any of your obligations under these Terms.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.

26. No Third Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than you.

27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and regardless of your location.

Fixed Price Repair Terms and Conditions

1. APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS

a. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the provision of fixed price repair services for out-of-warranty support (“Services”) by Electrolux Home Products, Inc. (“Electrolux”, “Us” or “We”). For a set price, these Services include the repair service, parts and Trip Fee required to repair operational or mechanical issues on eligible Frigidaire products no longer covered by the original manufacturer’s limited warranty. Not all Frigidaire products or situations qualify for these Services, and these Services are not available in all areas of the U.S. Age of the Product may also affect eligibility for these Services. Electrolux is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 10200 David Taylor Drive, Charlotte, NC 28262.

b. You accept and agree to be bound by the Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Services or Products.

c. Electrolux reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice. Such change however will have no effect on orders for Services that were submitted prior to the amended Terms being posted on Our website.

2. PRICES 

a. The prices of the Services will be as quoted on frigidaire.com from time to time. Electrolux reserves the right to change the prices of the Services without notice.

b. The price of the Services does not include any applicable state or local taxes.

3. CAN I CANCEL MY REPAIR?

Late Cancellation Policy:  At Electrolux, We value our customers’ time and strive to provide efficient and reliable service. To maintain our commitment to excellence, we have established the following Late Cancellation Policy.  Our goal is to ensure fairness for all clients and maintain our service availability. By enforcing the policy, We optimize our technician schedules and allocate resources efficiently. This ensures that We can accommodate more customers and reduce waiting times for appliance repairs.

Cancellation Window

  1. If a customer cancels their appointment before 12 PM (noon) the day prior to the scheduled service event, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
  2. If a customer cancels their appointment after 12 PM (noon) the day prior to the scheduled service event, a non-refundable cancellation fee (Trip Fee) will apply.

Cancellation Fee:

  1. The Trip Fee is collected when the service appointment is initially scheduled and is non-refundable if the customer cancels after the cancellation window.
  2. We will clearly communicate this Cancellation Policy during the scheduling process.

4. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A FIXED PRICE REPAIR?

  1. The price of the Services includes the following:
    1. repair of the reported issue(s), at the time of booking, for a single domestic appliance;
    2. the costs of necessary labor and parts and a Trip Fee
  2. The following are not covered by the Services (“Exclusions”):

1. Service required because of any alteration of the Product, or repair made by anyone other than an Authorized Service Technician

2. Failure or damage due to a cause beyond Our control including, but not limited to, operator negligence, the failure to maintain the Product according to the owner’s guide, misuse, abuse, vandalism, theft, fire, flood, wind, freezing, power failure, improper gas, electrical, or water connections, acts of war, or acts of God

3. Service necessary because of improper storage or ventilation, including failure to place the Product in an area that complies with the manufacturer’s published space or environmental requirements

4. Any installation that prevents normal service, including inaccessible Products or parts

5. Products used in recreational vehicles or in industrial or commercial settings, defined as anything other than a single family dwelling; single family dwellings include: houses, townhouses, manufactured or modular housing, condominiums, duplexes and apartments

6. Cosmetic damage such as, but not limited to, scratches, dents, rust or stains; nonfunctional parts such as, but not limited to, plastics, internal and external finishes including porcelain enamel, knobs and dials; expendable or lost items; consumable items, such as any part that is designed to be consumed (wear out) during the life of the Product, regardless of whether it is consumer replaceable or not (consumable items include, but are not limited to, light bulbs, air and water filters, hoses, and gas or electrical connections)

7. Operational or mechanical failure covered by the original manufacturer’s limited warranty or a manufacturer’s recall

8. Products where the attached serial plate is removed, defaced or made illegible

9. Damage resulting from unauthorized repair, or caused during delivery or removal, by improper installation or setup, or by misuse or abuse whether willful or not

10. Secondary, consequential or incidental damage (including loss of income, utility bills, additional living expenses, personal and/or property damage, the restoration or repair of walls, ceiling, flooring, cabinets, countertops or painting) due to Product failure or due to delay or failure in furnishing parts or Services for any reason beyond Our control

11. Products over ten (10) years of age

12. Food loss due to any refrigerator or freezer failures

13. Expenses for making the appliance accessible for servicing, such as removal of trim, cupboards, or shelves which are not a part of the appliance when it is shipped from the factory

14. Pickup or delivery costs as Your appliance is designed to be repaired in the home

15. Damages to the finish of the appliance or home incurred during transportation or installation, including but not limited to floors, cabinets, walls and countertops

 

5. FIXED PRICE REPAIR GUARANTEE

  1. The guarantee includes the following:

1. Services performed under a Fixed Price Repair will come with a 60 day guarantee from the date the appliance is repaired; this guarantee is also limited to the repair of the original issue(s) reported;

2. Replacement parts are guaranteed for 60 days

  1. The following are not covered by the Fixed Price Repair Guarantee:

1. Any subsequent issues to the repaired item caused by or related to the Exclusions listed in Section 4 (b) above

2. Recurrence of the original issue(s) reported as a consequence of improper installation or not following the manufacturer’s guidelines in regard to the placement, use or maintenance of the appliance

6. HOW DO I CLAIM UNDER MY GUARANTEE?

a. Please call our customer services line at Frigidaire: 1-800-374-4432

b. If we cannot solve your problem over the telephone, we will send a technician out to you.

 

7. WHAT IF MY APPLIANCE CANNOT BE REPAIRED?

a. Purchase of these Fixed Price Repair Services does not guarantee repair of the Product. If your appliance is unable to be repaired or is beyond economical repair, We will refund the price of the Services less the Trip Fee.

b. If your appliance has not been repaired, following attempt(s) to repair in no less than 14 days of Our first visit and you decide not to continue with the repair, We will refund the price of the Services less the Trip Fee.
